- Assistant: 28 years

Age Relaxation:
- In respect of PwBD, upper age limit is relaxable by ten years which will be over and above the age relaxation admissible for students belonging to OBC/SC/ST as mentioned above.
- The upper age limit is Relaxation for the students with relevant experience, to a max. extent of seven years. Age Relaxation in age would be 1 year for every complete year of relevant post qualification exp. over and above 28 years subject to a max. age limit of 35 years
Selection Process For HAL Recruitment 2024:
- The selection process will be done through Written Test Examination.
- Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Accessories Division, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) reserves the right to decide the cut off percentage for calling students for Written Test Examination, based on the Marks secured in the Qualifying Examination prescribed for a particular Discipline/Trades, to ensure sufficient competition.
- However, the cut off percent of Marks for EWS/UR/OBC students cannot be less than 60 percentage and for ST/SC/PwBD students not less than 50 percentage, in the qualifying examination.
- Selection Process of the students will be made base on the marks score in the Written Test Exam, in the order of merit on the basis of perform in the Written Test Exam.
- Students qualifying in the Written Test Examination will be called for Document Verification (DV).
- The min. percent of marks score by the students in the qualifying exam NAC & ITI/M.Sc/Diploma/MA /M.Com as the case may be in the relevant discipline/trades is mentioned as SC/ST/PwBD 50 percentage and above and UR/OBC/EWS – 60 percentage and above.

- For all other students: Rs. 200/-
