Positions :- Junior Engineer/Engineer (Line Leader)
Job Location :- Mehsana, Gujarat

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgist Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 5 years working experience in LPDC operations or related fields
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement a shift-wise manpower plan.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet production deadlines.
- Perform daily and shift-wise machine checklist reviews.
- Regularly inspect and verify poka-yoke systems to prevent errors and ensure quality control.
- Implement and monitor safety precautions on the shop floor.
- Review production and rejection data from the previous shift.
- Ensure proper documentation of production output, rejection rates, and reasons.
- Oversee die panting (cleaning) and die rework processes to ensure operational readiness.
- Possess knowledge of PLC programming and machine operation.
- Perform basic dimensional measurements of castings to ensure they meet specifications.
- Operate various measuring instruments like callipers, micrometers, and gauges to assess product quality.
