Qualification For GAIL Recruitment 2024:
Business Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years in Business Administration (BBA/ BBS/ BBM) with min. 55 percent marks.
- Students should have basic skills and knowledge in computer applications (Powerpoint, Word, MS Office – Excel, etc.) in an office environment.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year Post Qualification Experience
Accounts Assistant:
- B.Com of min. three years in Commerce with min. 55 percent marks.
- Students should have basic skills and knowledge in computer applications (Powerpoint, Word, MS Office – Excel, etc.) in an office environment.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year Post Qualification Experience
Operator (Boiler):
- B.Sc with subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with min. 55 percentage mark and IInd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate. OR
- 10th pass with ITI Trades Man Ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate ship and IInd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year Post Qualification
Operator (Fire):
- 12th or equivalent with a minimum six months duration of Fireman’s Training course and Driving License
Experience: Minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification
Technician:
- Electrical: 10th + ITI Tradesman ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Wireman/Electrical Trade.
- Mechanical: 10th + ITI Tradesman ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Machinist / Turner/ Fitter / Diesel Mechanic trade
- Telecom & Telemetry: 10th + ITI Tradesman ship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electronics/Telecommunication.
- Instrumentation: 10th plus ITI Tradesman ship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience
Operator (Chemical):
- B.Sc with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of min. three years duration with min. 55 percentage marks. OR

Technical Assistant (Laboratory):
