Salary:
ITI Trainees and Office Assistant Trainees :
- The incumbent shall be on training for a period of one year and on contract for a period of one year.
- A consolidated stipend (all inclusive) of Rs. 15,500/- per month will be paid during the Training and Rs. 20,000/- per month during the contract.
- On successful completion of the training and contract period, subject to Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) Business requirements at that point of time, and pay scale of Rs.16,900 to 60,650/- per month (Wage Group B)
Qualification For BEML Recruitment 2024:
ITI Trainees:
- ITI Pass in Relevant Trade (60 percent marks) with NAC from a recognized institution OR NAC for three Years (As per ATS)
- Relevant Trade: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Welder
- Experience: 3 Years (After complete of Apprenticestip training)
Job Description:
- Shall strive to complete the assigned tasks or job in the releted department promptly adhering to work/production norms & meeting the quality standards.
- Shall be responsible for complete of task or job assigned based on the skills gained during the first two years period of training and contract.
Office Assistant Trainee:
- Full time Diploma/Graduate Degree in Commercial Practice OR Diploma in Secretarial Practice with Proficiency in Computer Application. (Min. 6 months course approve by DOEACC with typing skill is desirable).
- Experience: Three Years (Diploma in Secretarial Practice/After graduation/Diploma in commercial)
Job Description:
- Shall support the operation of the offices and perform the administrative activities and clerical & other Departments/Functions as directed from time to time.
- The areas of operations would include various Purchase & Stores, HR, Finance, Offices under Corporate and Manufacturing areas, etc.

For ITI Trade:
- The selection process will be base on assessment through a Computer Based Written Test (CBT) or Trade test, as Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) Management may decide.
For Office Assistant Trainee:
- The selection process will be based on an assessment through a computer based Written Test (CBT) consisting of Multiple choice answers and questions.
- The Computer based written test (CBT) will be held only at Bangalore.
- The list of selected/shortlisted students for final selection process, will be uploaded in BEML Company’s website.
