Salary For HRRL Recruitment 2024:
- Engineer: Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,60,000/- per month
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Rs. 40,000 to 1,40,000/- per month
- Junior Executive: Rs. 30,000 to 1,20,000/- per month
- Assistant Engineer Chemical: Rs. 40,000 to 1,40,000/- per month
Qualification For HRRL Recruitment 2024:
Junior Executive – Mechanical:
- Diploma Pass in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60 percent aggregate marks of all semesters for EWS/UR/OBC candidates and minimum 50 percent aggregate marks for ST/SC/PwBD candidates.
Engineer – Fire and Safety:
- BE/B.Tech Pass in Fire and Safety Engineering/Fire Engineering with minimum 60 percent aggregate marks of all semesters for EWS/UR/OBC candidates and minimum 50 percent aggregate marks for ST/SC/PwBD candidates.
- Min. Three years of relevant exp. in Petro chemical, Chemical, Defence, Automobile, Railways, Petroleum Refining, Oil and Gas, Exploration, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer & any relevant manufacturing sectors.
Engineer – Chemical (Process):
- B.Tech/BE Pass in Petro chemical/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum Three years relevant experience
Engineer – Mechanical:
- BE/B.Tech Pass in Production/ Mechanical / Mechanical and Production / with minimum 60 percent aggregate marks of all semesters for EWS/UR/OBC candidates and minimum 50 percent aggregate marks for ST/SC/ST candidates.
- Minimum Three years of relevant work experience in Executive category in Petroleum / Refining / Petrochemical / Fertilizer sector/ Supervisory role.
Assistant Engineer Chemical (Process):
- B.Tech/BE Pass in Petro chemical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 60 percent aggregate marks for EWS/UR/OBC students and minimum 50 percent aggregate marks for ST/SC/PwBD students.
Assistant Accounts Officer:
- Students should be Qualified CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 50 percent aggregate marks in Final exam.
- Students applying for the post should be in possession of Chartered Accountant (C.A.) professional qualification complete in all respect at the time of apply for the post including complete of mandatory Articleship Training require for award of Chartered Accountant (C.A.) qualification.
Junior Executive – Fire and Safety:
- Diploma/Science Graduate with minimum 60 percent aggregate marks of all semesters for EWS/UR/OBC candidates and minimum 50 percent aggregate marks for ST/SC/PwBD candidates. with Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HVDL).
- Any certificate Course of minimum SIX months duration in Fire & Safety/ Fire / Safety will have added advantage.

Selection Process For HRRL Recruitment 2024:
Jr. Executive (Mechanical) and Jr. Executive (Fire & Safety):
- The selection process will comprise of CBT Test, Skill Test & Personal Interview.
- CBT Test Examination in objective questions with no negative marking.
- Students qualify in Computer Based Test will be called for Skill Test and Personal Interview.
- Students qualify in skill test will be called for Personal Interview.
- Students reffer for Medical Examination basis their overall perfor in CBT, Skill Test and Personal Interview.
Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Assistant Accounts Officer:
- Selection process will comprise of CBT, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
- CBT Test Examination in objective questions with no negative marking.
- CBT pass students called for Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Application Fees:
- ST, SC and PwBD Category Candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
- All Other Category Candidates: Rs. 1180/-
